SIFE teams from college and universities across the country will compete in one of 11 Regional Competitions in the Spring of 2010 from which approximately 140 teams will be named SIFE Regional Champions and win the opportunity to compete at the 2010 SIFE USA National Exposition.

Regional champion teams will be posted here as they are announced and the openining round competition league pairings will be posted approximately a week before the event.
