The culmination of the SIFE USA program is an annual series of competitions that provide a forum for teams to present the results of their projects, and to be evaluated by business leaders serving as judges. SIFE competitions are challenging, team-oriented events that create a sense of accountability and motivation for teams to continually improve the quality of their projects. Every year, one USA SIFE team is named the national champion and earns the chance to compete against the best SIFE teams from 40 countries at the SIFE World Cup.

Beyond the experience of the competition, these unique events are full of opportunities for networking, collaboration and best practice sharing. SIFE donor companies have the opportunity to recruit future talent through career fairs held in conjunction with the competitions and special events, such as the SIFE Executive Reception and Dinner, Top to Top Forum, Women In Business Forum and Top to Future-Top Forum, provide additional opportunities for mentorship and idea exchange.
