SIFE Students are leaders that blend a competitive spirit and desire to succeed with a sense of integrity and commitment to make a difference throughout their careers. They know how to take initiative, plan and execute complicated projects, communicate and work as part of a team. As a result, many top companies from around the company have identified SIFE students as their leading source of effective, responsible talent.

One of the primary ways these companies connect with SIFE students in through the career fairs at the Regionals and Expo. These events, which are held in conjunction with the competitions, provide companies with the exclusive opportunity to meet, interview and hire SIFE students for internship and full time jobs.

Each Regional competition features its own career fair which begins in the morning and runs throughout the course of the day. The actual schedule and list of companies varies by event and can be found on the city page for each regional.

The career fair for the SIFE USA National Exposition is the largest of the all the career fairs and will feature more than fifty companies that will be recruiting for an entire day and half. The schedule and list of companies participating in this career fair can be found in the expo section.
