Each year, the
America's Free Enterprise Legend Award is presented to individuals who have made
significant contributions to the prosperity of the nation in a way that ensures that their
accomplishments will serve as an inspiration to America's youth, now and for future
generations. America's youth need positive role models that prove that opportunity is
still alive and well in America, and that one person can make a lasting difference in the
prosperity of America and the perpetuation of the free enterprise system.
