Shipping Information:
Packages may be delivered to the hotel ten (10) days prior to the event date. Shipping instructions should include the name of the person receiving the package, arrival date and group name. Receiving charges are based on weight in the following order:
Boxes 00-25 lbs- $10.00
Boxes 26-50 lbs- $20.00
Boxes 51-Over - $38.00 per 100 lbs.
Exhibit/Display - $38.00 per case

Airport Link Shuttle (Per Person): One Way: $16.50, Roundtrip: $29.00
Taxi: Available 24 hours outside the Lobby Level. The cost is approximately $30.
MARTA: The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is an easy and inexpensive way to get to and from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Trains depart the Airport Station approximately every 10-15 minutes and the ride to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta is estimated at 35 minutes. Guests will take the North Bound train from the airport to stop N1-Peachtree Center. The Hyatt is next to the Peachtree Center. The current cost for a one-way trip is $2.50.
