Shaun T. Kelly has been Vice Chairman of Tax Services for KPMG LLP, the audit, tax and advisory firm, since September 30, 2005.

Mr. Kelly is based in Chicago as global transaction services chairman for KPMG. A native of Belfast, Northern Ireland, he joined the KPMG firm in Dublin in 1980 and transferred to the U.S. firm's San Francisco office in 1984. He was admitted to the U.S. partnership in 1999. Kelly has been providing companies with divestiture, merger-and-acquisition, transaction structuring, and due-diligence support since 1986.

Kelly was named in 2005 to head KPMG's global transaction services, a network of more than 1,600 professionals from KPMG International member firms who are focused on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Mr. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree, First Class Honors, from University College, Dublin, Ireland.

Mr. Kelly is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
