Champions of SIFE Honored in Singapore

Singapore, Singapore — Two individuals were recognized as Champions of SIFE at the SIFE World Cup 2008 held October 1-3 in Singapore. The Champion of SIFE Award is a distinguished honor presented by the SIFE World Headquarters in recognition of individuals who have made significant contributions to the advancement of SIFE. The award winners include the following:
- Sherree Shereni—Program Director, The Coca-Cola Africa Foundation (South Africa)
- Andrew Thomson—Partner & Deputy Chief Operation Officer, KPMG Asia Pacific (China)
“Champions of SIFE are individuals who go above and beyond the call of duty to further the cause of SIFE and recruit other leaders to join them,” said Alvin Rohrs, President and CEO of SIFE. “Without their support, many students would not have experienced SIFE and learned how to make positive differences in their communities.”
